Deadly floods hit Arkansas

Heavy rains in the US state of Arkansas caused deadly flash floods on Friday morning. Water rose from the Little Missouri river, sweeping through a park filled with sleeping campers. At least 16 people were killed, including children. And with several dozen still missing, the search for survivors continues. Al Jazeera's Nick Spicer reports.
