Police arrest two in Links burglaries after foot chase (Columbia Missourian)

COLUMBIA —  Two men were arrested Monday night after a number of burglaries at The Links at Columbia apartment complex, which is on Clark Lane. The men, Robert A. Hill, 32, and Johnnie L.
